Jan Glendrange is partner at Zynk and one of Norway’s most experienced communications consultants. Glendrange is a specialist in strategy, positioning, and social and governmental relations, and works extensively on issues located at the intersection between commerce and politics. He has helped to solve some of Norway’s largest and most demanding communications challenges and crises, and has led a large number of public information campaigns over the past decade. In the autumn of 2010 Jan Glendrange co-founded Zynk.
Glendrange has 25 years’ experience in public relations, the last 15 of which have been spent in the consultancy sector. Before co-founding Zynk, Glendrange was the deputy CEO of Burson-Marsteller and led the firm’s community practice. He previously served as partner and head of financial and political communications at Argument-gruppen, and was also the head of public affairs for Aksjonærforeningen (Shareholders Association), communications manager for Akademikerne (Academics Association), and the communications and organisational manager for Forskerforbundet (Researchers Association).
Glendrange has a degree in political science from the University of Oslo.
