In Zynk, we're committed to understanding the real issues our clients face. This requires us to understand their business and the environment in which they operate, including the trends that are driving society forward. 

We use insight and analysis to accurately diagnose what the real problem is today, as well as develop a forecast of possible scenarios the business will face in the future. Zynk also prepares individual analysis and scenario reports, which provide useful insight and a sound basis for decision making.

Zynk's methodology for analysis and insight:

  1. Define the problem: identifying questions that need to be answered.
  2. Data collection: analysing existing data, such as surveys, studies, reports and research results. We can also harvest qualitative and quantitative data from various sources and methods, including big data analysis.
  3. Analysis: uncovering relevant findings for the problem and separating the signal from the noise.  
  4. Diagnosis: identifying the real problem that our clients need to address - whether it's a challenge or an opportunity.
  5. Forecasting: predicting possible scenarios the business will face in the future. This will help make it easier to choose future direction, strategy and prioritisation.
